About Penelope Zeller
Penelope grew up in Golden and moved to Denver in 1982. She has actively participated in a study of large residential and commercial developments through the Real Estate Development Initiative (REDI) Program and will graduate in April 2010. Since 2005, Penelope has volunteered hundreds of hours in behalf of Denver communities to assist in the Denver Zoning Code Update – the first since 1956.
